Girls' Home, is a refuge for some of Peru's exploited and abandoned girls. It gives them the opportunity to have a home and the possibility to reintegrate themselves into school. Volunteers ( the institution only accepts female volunteers) help in educational activities, such as reading comprehension (primary school), school work orientation. They also organize artistic workshops (drawing, painting and theatre)and. give talks about looking after the environment. If they have relevant studies, they help specialists in this area. Finally, the volunteers socialize with the girls in their breaks and lunch hours.
